Chinese excellent diver ability features analysis and talents selection indicators factors research

Divers competitive abilities structural analysis and seeded players selection have become core problems in diving. This paper by analyzing Chinese professional divers abilities indicators actual measurement data, it establishes Chinese excellent diversÂÂÂ’ competitive abilities structuralmodel, furthermakes clear about excellent criterion,meanwhile it provides talentsÂÂÂ’ selection indicator system, let seeded players selection method more perfect, from which indicators main research on physical ability type, technical type and psychological type three types of indicators. Research result shows that Chinese diver initial training diving age and professional training age are respectively with an average of 7.5 years old and 10.7 years old, Chinese divers first achieved world champion ages are with an average of 16.0 years old in platform, 19.5 years old in springboard, average platform training years are around 6.5 years, the average springboard training years are around 8.9 years, it further optimizes and defines excellent divers selection and evaluation criterions
