Mechanical And Thermoelectric Properties Of NaxCo2O4 Sintered At High Temperature

Polycrystalline samples of NaxCo2O4 were synthesized by conversional solidstate reaction (SSR) method, various temperatures sintered at of 1173- 1293 K. The mechanical properties of the samples showed the crystal structure, elastic moduli and Debye temperature. The thermoelectric properties of the samples obtained the electrical resistivity, Seebeck coefficient and thermal conductivity are increases with increased sintering temperature. The dimensionless figure of merit was decreased with an increase in sintering temperature, and the sample sintered at 1173 K was a maximum values, ZT ∼ 0.11 at 973 K.
