Construct amulti-source and multi-terminal network flowmodel and work out theminimumcostmaximumflowfromthe source to the sink point so as to put forward an effective, feasible, low-cost water resource strategic optimization model. Finally, the lowest total cost of water resource supply is calculated as Mmin  4806.918(100millionRMB) and the minimumcostmaximumflowis shown. (unit:100million cu.m)
