Natural phenols and polyphenols are compounds found in plants. Polyphenols include phenolic acids and flavanoids. Polyphenols provide health benefits such as antioxidant, antiviral, anti-microbial, anti-carcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, antitumor, analgesic, antipyretic activities.
