This paper USES literature material method, mathematical statistics, logic reasoning method and analytic hierarchy process (ahp), and analyzes the Chinese men's basketball team's current situation, the cause of the landslide phenomenon in a study of Chinese athletic basketball, put forward the strategic countermeasures of the Chinese men's basketball team. Through all levels of the established indicators analysis using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp), to calculate the weight of each index in the development of Chinese men's basketball team strategy and weighted value, finally established through the analysis of the key factors in the three layers of obtained by the rationality of the weights for the importance of the sort.
